Location is very central though the road outside is always full of traffic. The hotel was just ok, the food was not good, specially breakfast buffet can be improved. Oily spicy food, not able to eat.

I recently stayed at this hotel in April 2026, and unfortunately, my experience was not satisfactory. The cleanliness of both the room and common areas was below expectations, which made the stay uncomfortable. The air ventilation was also poor each floor had open windows along the walkway, and unpleasant smells from outside would enter the area.Additionally, the staff service could be improved. The responses and assistance were not as attentive or welcoming as expected, and at times the attitude felt unprofessional.The food quality did not meet standard either, with limited options and a lack of freshness.Overall, I hope the management will take these concerns seriously and make the necessary improvements to provide a better experience for future guests.
