Adhi Residency

The hotel was clean, with functioning A/C and 24-hour hot water, making for a comfortable stay. It's located very close to the Varadharaja Perumal Temple. I rated the service lower because the morning shift staff tried to persuade me to buy an auto package to the city center temples at very high prices, possibly for commission—so be cautious. In the end, I paid 20 each for shared autos. The day shift staff was helpful and assisted me in finding affordable transportation options. There isn't a restaurant nearby, but Swiggy delivery is available. Next door, there's a small family-run shack offering nice, hot, homemade food with a limited but tasty menu. The people there are very helpful, and they serve breakfast and dinner.

I reserved a room for three people at this hotel through MakeMyTrip, and it was explicitly stated that the bed would be king size, suitable for our family. However, when we arrived, the beds in all the rooms were queen size. They provided an extra mattress, which was quite inconvenient because the rooms were small and we had a lot of luggage. On the positive side, the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are new, the AC made some noise, but everything else was quite tidy.
