Auto-rickshaw drivers often park right in front of the hotel entrance, making it hard for cars to stop and unload luggage easily. 2. Air-conditioner remotes are not available in the room by default—you need to ask for one. Staff try to persuade you to use the wall panel instead, which is inconvenient. 3. The tap in my initial room was leaking, forcing me to switch rooms. This was inconvenient and could have been prevented with better maintenance. 4. The reception staff are friendly but not very professional; they frequently speak loudly on the phone and cause unnecessary noise, which leaves a poor impression at the front desk. They could benefit from conduct training. 5. The hotel sends many WhatsApp messages that raise expectations of a premium or five-star experience, but the actual stay feels like a typical Indian hotel. It would be better if marketing and communication matched the real guest experience. 6. The door in the room slams against the toilet. 7. A kettle is provided but no cups—you must request them. 8. The biggest problem is the lack of ventilation in the room, with little natural light and no window.
