We stayed here for one week and overall had a very good experience. The rooms were clean, the location is convenient, and the staff was polite and helpful throughout our stay.However, on the last day, we faced an unfortunate incident where my wife and young son got stuck in the lift, which was quite traumatic for us.That said, I would like to sincerely appreciate the front desk team, especially Nausheen and Vignesh, who took immediate initiative and supported us during the situation. Their quick response and helpful attitude made a big difference.Overall, it was a good stay with excellent staff support, but I hope the management improves safety measures to avoid such incidents in the future.

I had a very pleasant stay at Regenta Hotel. The service and hospitality were excellent. A special thanks to Ms. Nausheen from the Front Office who assisted me during my check-in. She was extremely helpful, polite, and very supportive throughout the process. Her professionalism and warm attitude made the experience smooth and welcoming.
