An amazing first trip to Lonavala!We stayed here over the weekend and it is hands down one of the best resorts in the area. The rooms and swimming pool were incredibly neat and clean. They have plenty of indoor games to keep you entertained’like table tennis, chess, and 8-ball pool (though pool comes with an additional charge)’plus a great selection of books, magazines, and an on-site gym.The resort is surrounded by beautiful nature, offering a wonderfully cool, breezy, and relaxing vibe. The staff and owners truly excel at hospitality and made my friends and me feel incredibly welcome. This was my first time visiting Lonavala, and this will absolutely be my go-to resort for every future trip. The price is a little on the higher side and could be dialed back just a bit, but overall, it was a fantastic stay!

Our first visit to Lonavala was fantastic! We spent the weekend at this resort, which is definitely one of the top spots in the region. The rooms and pool were spotless. They offer many indoor games like table tennis, chess, and 8-ball pool (though pool has an extra fee), along with a nice collection of books, magazines, and a gym on-site. The resort is set in beautiful natural surroundings, creating a cool, breezy, and peaceful atmosphere. The staff and owners were exceptionally hospitable, making my friends and me feel very welcome. Since it was my first time in Lonavala, this place will surely be my preferred resort for future visits. The price is a bit high and could be slightly reduced, but overall, it was an excellent experience!

Disappointing Stay Overall

Location is very good, but the staff at the main reception is horrible. Very rude. They do not know how to comfort the guests. Very curt and not at all cooperative. It felt more like a restricted area with rules and regulations. Outside food not allowed. No kettle in the room. If you want a kettle then it's chargeable. Ridiculous staff. For breakfast somebody called for Omelette on another table, and asked for bread, the manager at the reception suddenly came to the restaurant and said it loudly to everyone that bread is not a part of this dish as it is chargeable. Such horrible & below standard people with pathetic attitude.Beds are extremely uncomfortable. Really disappointed.HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. ’
