Very cheap and third class management. I had booked this hotel through ixigo and they confirmed and mailed, but when I reached the hotel ,they told me that they have no booking,I told him everything,I paid but they denied at 11:45: to 12:30 am. I called ixigo customer care they talked each other,but thy helpless,they told me that they can’t accept any booking after 11:pm.but I want to know if you are accepting any booking after 11pm,then why site accepted booking,and I have paid through gpay.. I suffered late night,it was very disappointing.ixigo and hotel both are responsible for my suffered.
