My stay at Hotel Royals Grand Galaxy was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking here.To begin with, the AC made extremely loud and disturbing noises the moment it was switched on, making it impossible to relax or sleep comfortably. Shockingly, there was no geyser in the room despite it being clearly promised on Goibibo at the time of booking.The mattress was hard and extremely uncomfortable, making it very difficult to get any proper rest. The room itself was dingy and poorly maintained, giving off an overall neglected vibe.Service was equally disappointing. Even after giving multiple instructions, the staff failed to provide basic amenity kits. The fridge in the room was not only switched off but didn’t even have a wire connected ’ it was only after repeated insistence that it was made functional.The bathroom condition was unacceptable. The commode was leaking, and the wash basin was broken, which clearly shows a lack of basic maintenance and hygiene standards.Another major concern is the location. It is completely different from what is shown in the pictures. The hotel is situated inside a narrow lane that does not feel safe, especially for families.Lastly, don’t be misled by the high ratings. The hotel seems to offer discounts on food and beverages in exchange for positive reviews on platforms like Meta, which explains the unusually high ratings. This is nothing but a marketing gimmick and gives a very misleading impression of the property.Overall, a highly disappointing and frustrating stay. Definitely not recommended.

The stay was decent, but the staff’s behavior was quite rude. In the morning, there was no light in the room, and when we reported it at the reception, the staff responded very rudely. Overall, I would not recommend this place.
