Kitchen:

We have a shared kitchen that guests can rent separately if required, Kitchen charges are not included in room charges as every guest don't use kitchen. Guests have to keep the kitchen clean themselves after use. Kitchen is equipped with Gas stove, microwave, Fridge, RO and all utensils. To use the kitchen please reach out to host.

Check-In / Check-Out:

Check-In is at 12:30 PM and Check-Out is at 10:30 AM. If you need any flexibility with these times, please let us know.

Smoking Policy:

SMOKING is permitted ONLY on the open terrace. Rooms are strictly Non-Smoking.

Pets:

Pets are not allowed on the property, except in Room 101, which is a dedicated pet-friendly room.
•
Noise Levels:

Kindly keep noise to a minimum, particularly during quiet hours (10 PM to 8 AM).
•
Room Service:
o
Available from 8 AM to 10 PM. Contact the caretaker for the menu.
o
A service charge applies if you wish to use kitchen crockery for outside food.

Shared Kitchen:
o
The kitchen is for limited use (fridge & microwave only; no meal cooking). Please be considerate when using it.

Heating:

Usage of heaters is chargeable. Arranging a bonfire is also chargeable.

Number of Guests:

Please declare the number of guests at booking or check-in. Additional guests staying will incur extra charges.

Be Respectful:

Kindly be respectful and soft-spoken to everyone on the property, including staff and other guests. Let’s ensure everyone enjoys their peaceful stay in Sukoon.
Safety and Security

Contact the caretaker in case of an emergency. They can also inform you of the locations of fire extinguishers and first aid kits.

Locking Doors and Windows:

Please lock doors and windows when leaving and turn off all electrical appliances (TV, fan, geyser, lights, etc.).

Kindly collect keys from the caretaker and return them upon departure.
Cleanliness and Maintenance

Trash Disposal:

Please avoid throwing any garbage outside your door/windows. We have a responsible neighbourhood. Use dustbins, and if needed, ask the caretaker for assistance. Kindly keep the living area clean and avoid leaving personal items in communal spaces. NOTE: If rooms are left very dirty, we apply cleaning charges.

Kitchen Use:

If you use the kitchen for personal needs, kindly clean up after yourself.
•
Damage:
o
Report any damage or maintenance issues immediately upon check-in.
•
Resource Usage:
o
Please be mindful of water and electricity consumption.
PLEASE NOTE: Water resources are limited in Mussoorie. Please use water carefully, and washing clothes is not permitted unless for week or longer stays.
We have an inverter for essential lighting during power outages, which are rare and brief.
