I spent two nights at this hotel. Sadly, my room's bed had bedbugs, so I couldn't get any sleep. I told the reception about it around midnight, but the staff acted like I was bothering them instead of helping fix the issue. They finally gave me a different room. Also, the sheets and pillows were dirty, which made my stay quite uncomfortable.

Do not stay at Super Hotel / Resida Elite Service Apartments. This was one of the worst hotel stays I have experienced. Upon arrival, the room had cockroaches and the bed sheets were dirty and clearly not changed. We reported this immediately, but instead of apologizing or resolving the issue, the staff charged us extra to move to another room. Unfortunately, the sheets in the second room were also dirty. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful throughout our stay, showing no concern for the poor hygiene or the trouble caused. The hotel's cleanliness is unacceptable and the customer service is even worse. Save your money and book elsewhere. I would never stay here again and cannot recommend this place to anyone.

Avoid staying at Super Hotel / Resida Elite Service Apartments at all costs. This was one of the most terrible hotel stays I've experienced. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful during our entire stay, showing no concern for the hygiene issues or the trouble they caused. The hotel's cleanliness is unacceptable, and the customer service is even worse. Save your money and choose another place. I will never stay here again and cannot recommend it to anyone.
