The most pathetic place... its as expected you funded hence. The facilities are name sake only...no towels, toiletries... smelly bed cover, cheeky bed springs.. no generator back up... it has all things that will haunt u for a stay... better u can sleep in car or in bus stand.

The rooms were okish. Need to work on cleanliness of the sheets, covers and washroom a bit. Improve hospitality by providing basic amenities like soap water bottles and toothpaste so it makes a traveller life easier.

Our stay here was quite ok due to poor management and a lack of basic service. If you are considering this hotel, please read the following:The Service & Staff:Understaffed: It felt like there was only one hardworking boy trying to handle everything. The manager and other staff members seemed completely indifferent and unhelpful.Midnight Wait: We checked in at 12:00 AM, yet we didn't get our room until 12:45 AM because it wasn't clean or ready. Waiting nearly an hour for a room in the middle of the night is unacceptable.No Basics: They didn't even provide basic drinking water upon arrival or in room.Booking Warning (Important):The "3 Person" Trap: Do not follow the advice of the OYO help center if they suggest booking one room for 3 people. The rooms are only okay for 2 people max. Booking for three will lead to a very cramped and uncomfortable stay.Better for Solo/Duos: Stick to a 2-person booking only, and don't expect any extra space or service for a third guest.Verdict:The rooms are average, but the management is severely lacking. Only stay here if you have no other options and are traveling as a pair.

Beware - a definite disappointmentVery disappointed from the time we entered the room. The pillow covers and the bed sheets are not properly washed and sanitized. Worth to mention about the pillows, seems they never changed them in a year or more. Totally unhygienic. Needed to ask the room service several times and wait for 3 hrs for a change(only for a slightly better washed ones)The toilets are in such worst condition, I can skate as soon as I stepped into.No remote for controlling AC available.Deeply disappointed for 1 night for a small room for such premium price.

you can check in until 12 at night. Prices are budget friendly, we paid 1200 per a/c room which very good deal.the room is clean and tidy, they provide a towel. The bed is soft and pillows are good. The bedsheets and pillow cases are clean and neat.No complementaries provided as the hotel is a budget friendly. There are multiple restaurants nearby and room service also provided by the staff. 24hrs hot water available in the bathroom. The bathroom is clean as well.My only issue is keep the commode clean please. It has hard water stains and really disgusting. Use acid or something.Except that everything is perfect.
