Traveling from Malaysia. Had a seamless check in and checkout process. staffs are helpful and friendly. Airdryers are provided. If there’s Iron box inclusions would be nice. Overall satisfied.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around and access nearby attractions and restaurants. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any questions or requests. My room was clean and well-maintained, and housekeeping did a great job each day ensuring everything was fresh and tidy. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable experience ’ I would definitely stay here again.

Good stay, large and clean rooms. Strategic spot for shopping. Hotel able to arrange tours and transport for a resonable price. We had a very excellent driver for our kanchipuram and mahabalipuram trips. Our driver, Pravin Anne was so helpful, proactive ad friendly.

’I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. After traveling for 8 hours and arriving at 8:00 PM with my family, I expected a warm welcome. Instead, the check-in process felt more like an immigration interrogation than a hospitality service.’While I understand the need for documentation, the receptionist was completely inflexible and unhelpful. I provided my Passport and Visa immediately, but when I explained that my wife and child’s documents were packed deep inside my luggage and asked to provide them once we got to the room, the staff refused. Even with a local friend present to help mediate, the receptionist showed zero empathy for a tired family.’I was forced to open and unpack my luggage in the middle of the reception area just to get the documents. To make matters worse, after all the trouble, the staff only took a photo of me.’The only advantage is the proximity to the T Nagar shopping area.’Staff are not friendly and lack basic problem-solving skills.’Atmosphere: Very unwelcoming for international travelers.’Because of this "cold" reception, I cancelled my remaining 3 nights and moved to a different hotel the next morning. I would not recommend this place if you value hospitality and comfort.

Excellent Hotel for a family stay. Receptionist Mr Vinod and Ms Roshini very well spoken and Excellent customer service. They kind very helpful and talkative. Overall hotel rooms and Receptionist extremely 10/10. Only some dislike with the breakfast. The restaurant only provided limited food and egg one piece per person. They should upgrade that. Other den that everything outstanding. Will come back again.
