Booked 10 rooms on 2-8-2026 for my daughter marriage function by paying 50 percent advance,,FOM asked me to pay by cash, but as i was not having cash, i paid through gpay, which he showed the QR code from the cell phone, but after one month, they called me & informed me that, the FOM absconded with your money,, they denied to give rooms stating the reason that money was not credited to the hotel account, so they cant give rooms, is it fair,
Poor cleanliness, walls with stains, smell inside the room,, no water supply.
They charged almost the same amount as a 4-star hotel, but once we checked in, we realized that the hotel was absolutely not worth the price.The hotel mentioned that car parking was available, but when we arrived, we were told that due to ongoing construction work, we had to park on the roadside. Inside the building, we could also see several unfinished areas. The common bathrooms and the bathrooms in the rooms were not clean or hygienic.To make things worse, we found a few cockroaches in the room. Basic amenities such as soap, bathroom tissues, and towels were not provided when we checked in. Only after contacting the reception did they send a room boy to arrange these basic necessities. A reputed hotel should ensure that the rooms are properly cleaned, inspected, and fully equipped before guests arrive.Overall, it was a very disappointing and unpleasant experience. Considering the price they charge, the service, cleanliness, hygiene, and overall maintenance were nowhere close to what we expected.Definitely not recommended for families.
