I have to mention that the staff is very supportive and considerate. The rooms are tidy and the area is quite tranquil. I was there for my daughter's medical treatment and had to check out earlier than planned; they were very accommodating and even gave a partial refund. I would definitely suggest Itsy Hotels Mirra to everyone.

Disappointing Stay Experience

Hello everyone, be aware of this place. The room was never cleaned, the bedsheets were never changed, and both the room and bathroom were very dirty and smelly. Definitely not worth 2700 rs. The house was unclean and it doesn't feel like a hotel. The room service staff had no manners, knocking loudly and repeatedly on the door. Overall, a very bad experience.
