I am not interested in you taking up with teams that actually don't care and sell anything to senior citizens.I request a refund back on to my credit card for the 30% payment which was about ’1254.That should have been your response and not anything else like a " No Show" , which is a blatent LIE!14/1/2026 ( old feedback)Cannot be trusted with their infotmation.Two days ago, we had this most unpleasantexperience, after missing out flight.BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWAREMost inconvenient for senior citizens and the sale/booking agents DO NOT CARE. They just want to sell.If only I could give NEGATIVE review. The booking agent mis lead us so much so that we came under pressure to pay 30 percent to book this terrible, dingy, not friendly entrance, amidst a small lane, with 15 /20 stairs to climb up. When, asked for the manager, he never came down to speak to us. We waited for more than 15 mins, since he said, he was coming to meet us down. Then they put us as NO SHOW customers. Even if people r offered free, they should not take this rooms up with the kind of misrepresentation they confidently use in their sales pitch. Terrible, horrible, misguidance. Most unreliable information to sell rooms. Not worth a penny.

No restaurant . Food served from outside is too spicy . Not liked. However no smell in rooms and bathroom. Space is too less inside room. No outside light enter . It is an average one.

It was not at all a good experience. They charged extra money though we already paid full amount online. Managers were rude enough to deny the payment receipt generated online. We felt it’s fraudulent. Very annoying staff.

Location is good, 15mins from airport. 5min walk from nearby metro station. But lot of airplane noise. Rooms are okay sized, no issue, clean. Buffet Breakfast options are limited and bit extra oily.

Average. sevice is not so good, rooms are not spacious. many things are just for appearances, not kettle but tea bag are available. At this rice this is ridiculous, the hotel infront of this hotel provides a lot better amenities and service.
