I was very unhappy with how the staff behaved. The employee was arrogant and rude during the whole interaction. Rather than helping customers politely, he acted with attitude and didn't seem willing to assist. Customer service should be respectful, but this was missing entirely. The rooms themselves are nice and well-kept, though the bathrooms are rather small. Overall, the bad staff attitude left a strong negative impression, and I hope management addresses this feedback to improve service.
