While the operator is a very friendly and affable person the over powering influence of the local pharmacist and the service specialist is overwhelming and dominating. Personally I will not visit the property again

The hotel has an excellent operator, but the so called service specialist Balaji, brought the police and got me to vacate stating the property owner asked me to vacate. Speaking with the owner he said this was the discretion of OYO . While I am raising a separate grievance with OYO, my humble request is to please ensure you do not employ such high handed employees. They will spoil the OYO ecosystem and spoil reputation of good properties. Please take this up with OYO, your service partner.
