Truliv Villa Cabana Luxury 4BHK Seaview/ Pool ECR

For family this is the best place and beach is very nearby ,calm resort

This is the condition of the 16k-per-night villa we paid for. The experience has been extremely disappointing, with water leaking throughout the property and doors that don’t close properly. Safety is a biggest concern here.Whole place is very old, musty, the coffee table was covered in grime when we arrived.The sofas very dusty. One of our Members fell down and barely managed to escape from being seriously hurt.This is completely unacceptable, and it has ruined what should have been a happy family gathering.

Had an extremely disappointing experience at Villa Cabana. The place is not suitable for families at all. Water leaked from the windows and doors, and several doors wouldn’t even close.No proper response from the truliv management.Please refrain from booking through truliv!

Loved our trip! Love the pool, garden, couches, cleanliness! Nice and walkable to beach, enjoyed the quiet family time!

Had very bad experience with this property, from last 2 years I have stayed at truliv multiple times in their multiple properties but first time we visited Cabana where we had very bad experience. ACs were not efficient in all the rooms and not all working in hall, there was a weird animal tail we saw in one of the bedroom AC after complaining team has come and removed a rat from it.As this property is inside there is no proper mobile signal, on top of it WiFi didn’t work. Our team planned to connect office and ended up as a nightmare. Without WiFi we were not able to use the TV unit provided by the property, no fun. Very bad experience with this property, I would recommend potential customers to avoid this property and try other truliv properties. To compensate the ACs they have provided air coolers as I was continuously bugging them that night, attaching those images as well. Our stay was totally spoiled
