Feedback from our recent stay in Pune with kidsWe had booked this hotel in advance and prepaid for the room. At check-in, I requested one extra bed for my younger child. I was told the only options were to either pay for 2 extra beds or upgrade to a higher-priced 4-bed room. Most hotels usually offer a single extra bed at a reasonable charge, but the receptionist was firm on this policy with no flexibility. Since the booking was non-cancellable and we were traveling with kids, we had no choice but to take the room upgrade. I was disappointed with the lack of customer-centricity in how this was handled.Other points from the stay:1. Breakfast : The buffet was very limited. Only basic items like pav bhaji, bread with jam/butter, and poha were available. No major items or variety. 2. Outside food policy : Outside food wasn’t allowed. We had to order only from their tagged restaurant.3. Housekeeping : Towels were not placed in the room initially. When we requested them, we were told they had run out and towels would be available only after 8 pm.Overall, the experience fell short on basic comfort and flexibility, especially for a family with kids.
Location wise very bad especially for parking of vehicles & it looks like guest house not hotel, staffs are good still require proper training, it’s better pay more & look out near to high wayside I won’t recommend to anyone of my friends & family, neat& clean but basic facilities not there
