I have been coming to Lily Hotel since last one year now, where my organisation has hosted Capacity Building Workshops, State Level Consultation, where we also accommodated our participants and team in the same. I must say we, in Praja Foundation, have enjoyed associating and working closely with the Hotel staff, especially Utpal da and his entire team. The food has never disappointed us here. From the moment I arrived, the front office team was extremely kind, courteous, and professional, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming.The room was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable, which made my stay truly relaxing. Housekeeping deserves special appreciation for their attention to cleanliness and hygiene.The hotel offers excellent facilities,all of which are well managed and easily accessible. The food was outstanding-delicious, fresh, and with a good variety to suit different tastes. Every meal was enjoyable and well presented.Overall, this hotel perfectly delivers luxury, comfort, and warm hospitality. Had a good stay at The lily hotel in Guwahati which is recently upgraded to a 5***** hotel. Very relaxing and nice stay. Amazing service ,Very polite ,humble and supportive of all the staff . Morning breakfast was so tasty. Also swimming pool is very nice and clean. I will definitely come again and recommend others also for the same’

The rooms are cozy with providing all the amenities and the hotel has a good gymnasium and a nice pool. The breakfast spread is lavish . The location is good.
