Worst behaviour from the staff, they don't know how to politely talk with the customer, rooms are pathetic

Don't ever book this hotel. Worst road to hotel. No single driver is ready to pick from hotel because of worst road to hotel.We are much troubled due to location of hotel and road.Hotel location is in place which look like village not city.Room ac water is dripping inside room . Bathroom is clogged.

The location is typically odd place, road condition is extremely in worst condition even rental car also unable to reach at this hotel due to road condition. In rainy season road often submerged by stagnated water in it. I think most of the customer returns from the half way due to the location issue. No restaurent is there , vacant population purely remote village area. You will cry after watching the price of the dish in hotel menu , boiled egg is around Rs 50/- ’’... remaining you may predict. So overall this is not suitable place for family but definitely ideal place for couples. So think once before booking.Most important the room quality is worst which is not matching as shown in Oyo, purely cheated by Oyo and hotels to customer. I was lost my money but no one should enter in this trap. Thanks

The room was completely different from what we had chosen . We had paid for a classic room with geyser, ac and tv ,nothing worked. I couldn't charge my phone, because purposely they cutted the electricity. The manager was very rude. Location was very poor though the environment was good.. Very disappointing. I am very upset with the behaviour of that elderly manager, He treated us as we were not humans.. as we have asked for room service he verbally attacked us with some unpleasant questions. They don't deserve 1 star also.
