Important to read before you book this hotel - Worst hotel - Female and male, be careful if you plan to stay here, of your security. One of the worst hotel in Bangalore, their staff is unfriendly, they don’t provide room service, staff when requested to send menu card and crockery to room he said come to the restaurant and take it yourself as they don’t have staff to send, they don’t have wine and whiskey glasses available in the hotel, which is basic for any hotel. Worst experience and won’t recommend anyone to stay here. I paid 6k for one night but it is worst then a lodge, guys don’t book this hotel ever. Manager when contacted is not available in the hotel Neither pick calls.Imagine if anything happens to the guest in this hotel, any medical emergency or any safety/security concern for a male or female guest, there is no one to ask help for.Never had such bad experience ever, travelled countries, but never, and specially in Bangalore such pathetic hotel service, such an unsafe place, I wonder how they are still able to run this hotel with such bad services.Also, they don’t allow guests to your room, if your frnds family wants to visit you they are restricted upto lobby only, not allowed to room, sit in the congested small lobby in front of the reception and talk to them. So beware not a hotel to stay.For breakfast there are only a 9 table, one has to wait outside the restaurant to get the tables free. The breakfast was cold, alt hey don’t have warmers on the counter ad everyone was eating cold food and complaining, requested for tea took them 11 min to get coffee instead of tea and 17 min to get tea on the table.How is this hotel even alive I wonder .

Outstanding experience at Monarch Luxor, Infantry Road, Bangalore. I stayed here with my daughter for an entire month, and I can honestly say we were taken care of like family.The reception managers ’ Hamid, Luthferan, and Karthik, along with the management team ’ went out of their way to ensure every request was accommodated with kindness and efficiency. A special mention to Kitchen Manager Ravikumar, who was generous, proficient, and always helpful.The housekeeping staff were respectful, caring, and thorough, which made me feel completely safe, comfortable, and truly at home throughout our stay.This will always be my place to stay when I travel from Canada ’’?? to Bangalore. Highly recommended.

I was in Bangalore for a wedding and we stayed at The Monarch Luxor and had an awesome time. The breakfasts were always excellent, the staff incredibly helpful and friendly, and the location was fantastic. In fact, the staff helped coordinate with folks who were helping us with clothes and luggage. Such a great experience!
