The Shivaay Palace mein mera stay bahut hi wonderful raha. Hotel ki location bahut convenient hai aur family ke saath stay karne ke liye bhi hotel kaafi comfortable laga.Hotel ka staff bahut polite, helpful aur cooperative hai. Specially Manager Sushil Singh ji ka nature bahut hi achha hai. Unka behaviour bahut humble, respectful aur welcoming raha. Unhone personally guests ki comfort ka dhyan rakha aur kisi bhi zarurat par help karne ke liye hamesha available rahe.Aise friendly aur supportive management ki wajah se hotel mein ghar jaisa comfortable feel hua. Rooms clean aur comfortable the aur overall hospitality excellent rahi.Varanasi visit ke dauran The Shivaay Palace mein rukne ka experience bahut achha raha. Sushil Singh ji aur poori team ko unki wonderful hospitality ke liye dil se thanks. 🙏❤️Definitely a great place to stay in Varanasi!

Had a great stay in an ideal spot near Kashi Vishwanath Temple. The rooms were tidy, cozy, and well-kept. The Manager, Mr. Sushil Singh, along with the staff, were very courteous, supportive, and hospitable, showing great attitude during our entire visit. The meals were tasty, making the overall experience fantastic. Strongly suggest this place!
