The staff members were extremely courteous, friendly, and always ready to help. The swimming pool was very clean and well-maintained, which added to our enjoyment.The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the food. Every meal was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. The quality and taste of the food exceeded our expectations.A special thanks to Mr. Nagesh, the Manager, who took excellent care of us throughout our stay and ensured that we were comfortable at all times. His hospitality and attention to detail made our visit even more memorable.Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Nagaon, Alibag. Extremely disappointing experience. The resort is completely overrated and not at all worth the money.First of all, the food options were very limited. There was hardly any variety, and the worst part was that they were not even serving veg food items to people who had opted for non-veg packages. That makes no sense. Just because someone eats non-veg doesn’t mean they don’t want veg options. Very poorly managed dining service.Secondly, there was no DJ or any proper entertainment arrangement as promised. The atmosphere felt dull and boring, especially in the evening. If you are going for fun or celebration, don’t expect much.The swimming pool also had strict and inconvenient timing restrictions. You can’t enjoy freely as the access is limited, which defeats the purpose of booking a resort stay.Most disappointing was the lack of space for games and activities. The pictures shown on Google Maps are misleading. In reality, there is very little open space to play, and it feels much smaller than it looks online.Overall, the management needs serious improvement in hospitality, transparency, and customer experience. Would not recommend this place at all.

We had the best time at Tipsy Spring Resort! The place is beautiful, peaceful, and clean. The staff were so friendly and helpful throughout our stay and the food was amazing.
