We booked this hotel for a Bangalore trip after seeing good reviews on Google and Agoda, but the experience was terrible. The place was extremely unhygienic, and the bathroom was almost unusable due to a strong foul smell and stains that looked like tobacco marks. The staff were rude and completely unhelpful. Also, avoid booking breakfast through the app, even if it’s listed, they don’t actually provide it. Overall, the stay was a huge disappointment.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences our family has ever had. We booked this property through Agoda expecting a clean, safe and comfortable stay, but the actual condition was completely different from what was expected.The room and overall property were extremely dirty and poorly maintained. The condition shown in the photos/videos we took is unacceptable for a hotel that is taking bookings from families. There was visible dirt, poor hygiene, unclean areas and a general lack of proper maintenance. The room did not feel hygienic or comfortable enough for us to stay.We were travelling as a family with children, our grandfather and our mother. This made the situation even more difficult. We cannot compromise on cleanliness and basic hygiene when travelling with children and elderly family members.The staff experience was also extremely disappointing. Instead of properly understanding our concerns and helping us find a reasonable solution, we felt that our complaints were not handled with the seriousness they deserved. When guests are clearly uncomfortable with the condition of a room, the staff should immediately take responsibility and provide proper assistance.We have photos and videos showing the actual condition of the property and room. These clearly show why we were not comfortable staying here.We simply could not stay in this property. This was not a matter of being overly demanding or expecting luxury. We were asking for a basic level of cleanliness, hygiene, safety and comfort, especially because we had children and elderly family members with us.I strongly recommend that Agoda and the property management look carefully at the photos/videos before considering this complaint. The actual condition should be compared with the presentation of the property on the booking platform.Overall:❌ Extremely poor cleanliness❌ Poorly maintained room/property❌ Unhygienic environment❌ Not suitable for families with children or elderly people❌ Very disappointing staff response❌ Completely unacceptable experience❌ We could not stay at the propertyI would not recommend this property to anyone, especially families.We booked through Agoda in good faith, and we expect Agoda to take responsibility for helping customers when the accommodation is clearly not suitable. We request Agoda to arrange a clean and safe alternative property without charging us any additional cost or cancellation penalty.This was supposed to be a family trip, but this property created unnecessary stress and ruined our experience. Very disappointing and absolutely not worth the money.

It was a very disappointed experience with the town house kanakapura road on 14th august. Their rooms are having no fans. Ac is there but, you may not find the remote. So, whatever is the temperature, we have to adjust. The door locks may work after multiple attempts and the demo by staffs. Don't expect a good service from them. It looks like the staffs are dedicated to shut the hotel or convert it into a low class lodge within a short period. My humble request to anyone looking for this property is - don't expect any good service from them-. You may not get solution for the problems from the staff. They surely ask you to adjust with it. There were stains on the bedsheets. The soap and shower gel were empty and they have not given the bath towels as well. I was afraid to ask them because they may give me any used ones without cleaning. The card given was also not working.
