Add your GSTIN via the Hosteller web app Profile → GST Details before or during your stay to receive a GST invoice on checkout (applicable to dorm and private room bookings only). Blacklisted guests will not be allowed to check in or stay at the hostels, even if they arrive as part of a group. No refund will be provided in such cases. Guests must verify their Aadhaar via DigiLocker. Those without a DigiLocker account must create one to complete verification. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and will incur additional charges.
Discount coupons will not be applicable if the guest requests an upgrade.
Only female guests are permitted to check into the female dorm.
If a male guest books this room type, check-in will be denied as per policy. No refund will be issued if the booking falls outside the cancellation policy period.
Possession, consumption, or distribution of illegal drugs and narcotic substances is strictly prohibited across all properties.
Alcohol consumption is permitted only in designated common areas and private rooms, while smoking is allowed only in designated smoking areas within the premises.
Violation of any of the above policies may attract a penalty of ₹2,000 per incident, and repeated violations, misconduct, or non-compliance may result in immediate termination of stay without any refund.
Two-wheeler parking is available, subject to availability.
Four-wheeler parking is not available at the property
To promote responsible energy usage, designated energy-saving hours are followed at properties where air conditioning is provided as an amenity.
Air conditioning in dormitory rooms will be non-operational between 11:00 AM and 02:00 PM, while air conditioning in common areas will be non-operational between 04:00 AM and 07:00 AM.
During the dormitory energy-saving hours, air-conditioned common areas will remain available for guest comfort.
Please note that any changes in tax structure due to government policies will result in revised taxes, which will be applicable to all reservations and will be charged additionally during check out.
