We reach the hotel around 9 PM. Initially, the young boy at the reception said that we were not booked at all. After I insisted that we were booked. He called somebody and asked me to wait after sometime. A person came and gave us the key. The room was very average. The bathrooms were not clean, and the staff are not interested.
