Very very poor service. Receptionist was very rude. He tried to make us fool by telling us that the only deluxe room is available & we can’t book classic room online despite showing in Yatra & Makemytrip site. He was behaving like he has piles & can’t take up his pain so he is lashing out on customer. Do not visit or stay there. Go to any hotel near by but don’t go there.

The staff were very hospitable and compliant.They took the utmost care of the guests and their needs.We definitely would like to come back again.

One of the worst experience travelling with family with’2k/night (Mentioning this because I have stayed in hotels with lesser price and with no issues at all). May be price is too high because of December.I stayed here for a night. When I entered room, it was spacious but with no room essentials. There were no water bottles, ketler, glass, hand towel. When we tried to sleep, bed lined was not washed/dirty/ripped at places.When checked the bathroom, it had a big bathtub, again with no essentials like soap/liquid soap. When checked there was no hotwater and when asked the only guy at reception he told to turn the knob to the left ’?. But no luck and when again asked him, he gave us immersion rod ’?. When checked the bathroom, it had fungus at places and not maintained. There was a attachment on the wall for liquid soap and shower gel but when asked reception guy, he gave the bar soap ’?.Final conclusion: Don’t book it for your family if you want pleasant stay.#verybadexperience #worstexperience

Never to be recommended based on personal experienceWorst hotel and room service one can get. I paid almost Rs 15k and received service worth not more than Rs 500. They don't even provide basic necessities like no water, no toiletries, no parking, no food, no wifi, no cleanlinessWindows couldn't be locked, having access to external stairs which could be a severe threat to safetyNo management at all, only 3-4 boys roaming around smoking in-out of the property carelessly. No accountability about anything. Zero professionalism

Worst hotel ever came across..First day - lift was not working - my floor is 7th - imagine my happiness level2nd day - no water after evening - imagine my level of happiness...3rd day - still waiting for water (it's morning time) I am typing while waiting for water still.. No water at all.. 4th and 5th day waiting for wonders to happen as cancellation is costly affair now. (It was 9.30 AM4th day - fantastic morning without water. Manager + owner - least bothered about it. ’’’’ (7:00 am)Tomorrow - waiting for new wonder to come..If you really want to experience hell.. this is the perfect place.
