Treebo Greenland, Mall Road

The Room was not as expected. Very tiny room with no view at all. Don't get trapped looking at the internet photos. But the service of the hotel staff was very good. People are good, only hotel room that we stayed was not as expected.

The hotel experience was extremely disappointing from the start. Despite all buses arriving around 8:00 am, the check-in time is rigidly set at 2:00 pm, forcing guests to wait for hours with no flexibility or support. The rooms were in terrible condition and the washrooms were unhygienic and poorly maintained. We requested extra towels multiple times, but they were never provided throughout our stay.On top of this, almost everything is charged extra, ’500 per night for a heater, which is unreasonable (one could practically buy a new heater for a short trip). Even heating food came with an additional charge, which shows a complete lack of basic hospitality.To make matters worse, we had asked the hotel to book a cab, which they confirmed the previous night. However, when we reached the reception, we were casually told that the driver was ’not willing to come.’ No one informed us in advance, leaving us stranded without time to make alternative arrangements. Overall, the poor management, lack of accountability, and unnecessary charges made the stay extremely unpleasant. Would not recommend this hotel.Nothing against the staff but the front desk manager is impolite, not interested in his job and not helpful at all.

I requested for early checkin multiple times before booking itself. in WhatsApp confirmed early checkin by 11AM. We came to hotel at early 8:00AM unfortunately due to early bus arrival. they denied early checkin and promised for 12PM checkin after coming to hotel. After waiting for 4 hours and they still want time for cleaning and checkin and talking rudely that checkin time is 2PM. This is not at all fair and should not trust the name of Treebo. Not at all recommended.

From last 2 year’s when ever we travelled we often book hotel from Treboo but my last experience with Treboo ( specially with the manager behaviour the way he was talked was very unprofessional rude and harsh tone he used ) staff was also rude in night hot water kettle was not working we request to provide cattle to warm the water but again staff members asked many question to usKl tk to chl rha tha, kese kharab ho gya , abhi rooms main ek hi available hota hai sir so many excuse he gave . When ever I came again in Shimla I will never book your hotel and also not recommend to my friends too.Kindly improve your staff management.The boy who serving breakfast in morning and cook they was really very nice and humble person but manager was really poor poor and arrogant.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was courteous, helpful, and always attentive to our needs. The property is clean, well-maintained, and offers a comfortable atmosphere. Another big plus is its location’just near Mall Road, Shimla’making it very convenient to explore the city. Overall, a nice place to stay with good service and hospitality.
