Lights in the room were not working. No fans in the room. No AC I understand but hot during days.When asked to check the lights no action.They Even didn't change the room.Before breakfast didn't informed. Charged without informing. I left the hotel in 1 day, rather than booking for 2 days.Worst experience
Very bad experience
I booked Treebo The Alpine Heritage Residency, Shimla online after seeing the photos shown on the website. Unfortunately, the actual condition of the hotel is completely opposite to what was advertised.Hygiene is extremely poor. Blankets and bedsheets are dirty and look unhygienic. Even after requesting clean blankets twice, the ones provided were also not properly cleaned and seemed unsafe to use.The bathroom condition is very dirty and unacceptable. Basic hygiene is missing, which is very disappointing, especially when full charges and taxes are collected from customers.Hygiene is a basic requirement, and this experience does not match the standards promised by your company. I request immediate action and appropriate compensation.Very disappointed with this stay.
