In today’s world, such honesty and genuine hospitality truly stand out.The staff was polite, helpful, and trustworthy throughout. Thank you to the entire team for your kindness and integrity. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Chandigarh/Mohali. 10/10.

Solo Traveller • May 2026I stayed at this hotel for 10 days. The staff behavior is good, but Treebo is charging a high cost without providing adequate facilities. Therefore, the below points need to be improved based on my observations:1.The hotel is very old, so it is not properly maintained or clean.2.Basic amenities from Treebo such as a comb, toothpaste, and shaving kit are not provided.3.There is no access card system; instead, old-style key locks are used.4.In Mohali, Treebo hotels do not offer buffet service, whereas it is available in other locations.5.The bed is not comfortable.I request the Treebo team to look into these concerns, as we usually stay for long durations and face inconvenience due to the lack of proper facilities. We have stayed continuously in Treebo hotels for around 1.5 years, and the cost is approximately ’2200 per day including GST. At this price, much better options are available for long stays.
