Dont choose this hotel, after knowing that I am from another state they have charged me nearly 10,000 rs for two rooms for 2 days and 1 nightWhich was worth for 1500/roomAnd after taking 10,000 they even charge extra for water bottle and complimentary breakfast and dinnerWorst experience in BhopalI first time came to BhopalBut I will never recommend this hotel...I strongly oppose to go this hotel againWorst than worst experience it was!!!

Very Disappointing Stay ’ Not Recommended, Family do not stayPlease do not book this hotel unless you're ready to take a risk. My experience was very poor, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.Issues Faced:1) Room Condition: The room I stayed in was in terrible shape. It was dirty, and both the bedsheet and quilt cover were not clean.2) Bathroom Lock: There was no proper bathroom lock. They had tried to fix it with cello tape, which obviously didn’t work. I couldn’t lock it from the inside, which was very uncomfortable.3) Cleanliness: I requested the staff to clean the room, but they told me no one was available and that cleaning staff would only come in the morning.4) Poor Staff Response: The staff were not responsive at all. They didn’t seem to care about guest concerns.5) Bad Smell & Smoking: The entire hotel, including the lobby, smelled strongly of cigarettes. I even saw cigarette butts lying around inside the lobby, which shows a complete lack of cleanliness and basic hygiene.Final Verdict:This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The condition of the room, lack of cleanliness, poor staff attitude, and the overall environment made it very uncomfortable. Book at your own risk.
