Treebo Little Budhha

Hidden gem in Sarnath! Slightly difficult to get to. Otherwise, great rooms and service! Climate control in room worked surprisingly well for winter...outside it was 08 celcius and inside room a very comfortable 25 celcius! The temple and other sights are all walking distance. Secure car parking available. Staff is polite and generous!

Location wise its bit on the inside and if you are travelling in a group on a large vehicle like TT, Urbania then it is slightly challenging to reach .Service wise its not up to the mark as the bell boys are very slow in response . Whether its about ordering food or other items. Good part is the room type and the people's behavior - very amicable and soft spoken.

I booked this property for 2 days with family and I had to vacate in few hours only due to seepage problem with no cross ventilation in the rooms and smelling so badly. My mother had breathing issues and it was unbearable. The washrooms were so dirty and unhygienic with stains on bed sheets.Staff was not at all supportive and location was pathetic too reaching the property. I raised the compliant to hotel and Treebo for the refund which they have clearly denied and said these issues cannot be fixed in a day. So I felt really disappointed with Treebo customer service response and making sure these reviews and customer services standards are far reaching to all existing customer and prospects so they can be alerted with this scam and save themselves with day light loot between Treebo and this appalling property.I will raise this compliant to all digital platforms and consumer court for my concerns.Note: I could not take any photos as I trusted the Treebo folks to listen to customer then property owner. Moreover, I want to run away from that mess ASAP.Thanks for reading this honest review.

This is my second stay with them, honestly I don’t remember much about the first time other than receptionist and folks there being nice. They have decent rooms, ok’ish room service . It’s not a luxury stay, but best budget stay if you are in Saranath area.Highlight of this property are some of the front desk guys, they are quite warm welcoming and helpful.

The experience was very good, rooms were clean, location was very nice, close to sarnath tourist spots, and best part was food , it was an overall nice experience ! ’’
