although the place is photogenic, the reception service is poor, the breakfast which we paid for was provided in a worst condition. even everyone stayed during my visit felt the same. Kindly prepare kerala breakfast instead of providing idly, dosai and sambar which is terrible btw.
Very disappointing experience. Even though the check-in time was 1:00 PM and we arrived only at 2:30 PM, the room was still not ready. We had to wait around 30 minutes, which was quite inconvenient.When we finally got the room, it had a foul smell. Basic things were not properly arranged—we were not even provided with the Wi-Fi password. The AC was not cooling, and the fan speed was also not functioning properly.Considering the amount spent on the room, it was definitely not worth it. This experience has also made me lose trust in Agoda.Overall, very poor service and maintenance. Not satisfied with the stay.
I was booked the room for one day with my family. I just check in the room from that moment no electricity there.power back up only for the A/C.but the last 5 years the ac not maintained. I go to the reception no one there one small kid was playing with the phone over there. I check in @11.30 am i check out the room @2 pm
