This was my 4th stay at the property, and overall my previous visits have always been good. However, during this stay, I noticed a few issues that need attention. The room door was difficult to open and close, and it made a lot of noise. The room amenities were also incomplete’only tea, milk, and sugar sachets were provided, with no coffee sachets available. Additionally, one of the wall tiles was broken.I hope the management looks into these maintenance and housekeeping concerns. When guests are paying for their stay, they expect good value for money and a well-maintained room. Apart from these issues, my overall experience was satisfactory.
