The stay itself was comfortable. The room was clean, well maintained, and overall it was a pleasant experience.However, what left a sour note was the behaviour at the reception. The app clearly mentioned complimentary late checkout, and availability was not an issue. All I requested was a one-hour extension since I was travelling with a senior citizen and needed a bit of flexibility before departure. Despite this, I was informed that ’500 would be charged.The concern was not even about the amount. It was about the dismissive tone and the lack of basic courtesy during the conversation. When you are travelling with elderly family members, a little empathy goes a long way.Treebo customer support later stepped in and resolved the matter by extending the checkout to 12 PM, which I appreciate.The stay was good, but the way this small request was initially handled put an unnecessary dent in the overall experience.

It's a comfortable place to stay . The approach road is very dusty and area around is all under construction. The rooms are good and the breakfast was ok types . Nothing too great , just simple and home made. They don't have much variety.

I chosevthis for our guests.Situated on a bylane of Gangapur Road.Adequate sizes of rooms.Peaceful yet approachable location. Good Parking Area.Nashta is also severed on ground floor. Our guests enjoyed.

The property is very neat...the room is big and spacious. Added breakfast is a cheery on the cakeA special mention for kaki and Manda didi (the cooking team) form make awesome breakfast and serving it hot ’? on the plate....Loved the hospitality and vibe of this place...serene and calmmmmmmm....

Second visit now. Very good option. Table snacks are no longer available in rooms, but quality place with good service and breakfast options. Suggestion, they should open up terrace for a small evening walks and chats as outside it gets isolated.Another thing, the Google location shows it elsewhere than the actual location and gets difficult to locate. The main board on the building says Trend in big letters instead of Treebo, which initially confused us.We were looking for Treebo and ended up at a place nearby called Treebo Excellent Homes.But then came back at this place. Good place. Worth a visit.
