Hotel Royale Heritage

It's a good affordable hotel but at a odd location near chawls. It looks like a hostel. Amenities like Ac, tv and ventilation are very poor. There is also a mosquito problem in the room, so be prepared with odomos and good night gold liquid. Complimentary breakfast was good. Overall averagely good but affordable hotel.

Many people are choosing this place seems to be cheaper but its is not at all worth to your single penny.This hotel is absolute scam. They are showing very clean and fine picture while booking online. However, it's current condition is disaster.. seems like online booking company had captured picture 10-15 years ago. Whereas current condition is like "bhutiya haweli". Room are dirly and leaky. Bed side is too small and so as rooms. No place to walk around bed. Toilet are very unhygienic and dirty. No basic essentials available in toilet. I would say public toilets are much better than this. Reception folks were absolutely disrespectful with the guests. It's highly insecure for single female to stay. As anyone could "knock" your door at mid night. Avoid booking from goibibo as many of my friends had faced similar at various locations while booking rooms from this site. # I am giving star just because of default programming of the website to submit review. Otherwise, it deserves zero star.

This hotel is not as real as it looks online, the service is rubbish, the sheets on the bed were not washed, the doormate was not even there. Dustbean was but filled from the front. If there is no such basic thing, where can we get other amenities? We order food in their restaurant and it comes after 25 minutes and that too they order from outside and serve it. I can never stay here again.

Worst hotel ever I have seen. Moreover, the staff was the biggest blunder in the hotel. We reached the hotel at 11 PM, they showed us two rooms...both were in poor condition. However, I was with my family to decided to stay. I expected the hotel to provide us with water, towels, and soaps but nothing was given before we asked. The next day, while checking out we expressed our resentment to which the staff shamelessly replied saying, "We showed you the rooms before checkout." The staff is super-arrogant with no manners and basic etiquette. I guess the person at the reception...his name was Prashant. For god sake, close this useless place...municipal toilets are better than the hotel.

One of the worst hotel I have ever seen. Constructed in 1994 and very poorly maintained. Very dirty washroom and in our case there was no water in washbasin. Lot of mosquitoes, and when you ask for all out they will put on mosquito coil which makes the room suffocating as no proper ventilation. Rooms are stinky and bedsheets are very dirty and smelly. None of the power socket works and when you ask them to why is this, they will say short circuit. When you complain about anything, they will say we can't do anything.
