The finest experience I've had in Udaipur

The rooms are tidy. The bathroom could use improvement and more cleanliness. The room is quite spacious. Many plug points have problems and don't function well. Service is good. The room was cleaned daily. Overall, the experience was pleasant, but I believe this place could be excellent if it were better maintained, especially the bathroom.

My stay at Treebo The Regal House was extremely disappointing. The room was in poor condition and clearly lacked proper maintenance. There was visible black mold and dampness on the walls and ceiling, which not only looked unpleasant but also raised serious hygiene and health concerns. The room had a musty smell, making the stay very uncomfortable.While the staff tried to be helpful, the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the property were far below expectations. No guest should have to stay in a room with such visible mold and moisture damage.The management should prioritize deep cleaning, repairing the affected rooms, and improving maintenance standards before accommodating guests. I hope these issues are addressed so future visitors have a much better experience. Unfortunately, based on my stay, I cannot recommend this property.

Although the staff tried to assist, the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel were well below what I expected. No guest should have to stay in a room with such obvious mold and moisture problems. Management needs to focus on thorough cleaning, fixing the damaged rooms, and raising maintenance standards before hosting guests. I hope these problems get resolved so future guests have a better stay. Sadly, based on my visit, I cannot recommend this hotel.
