Kaner Bagh A Heritage Boutique Hotel

I am extremely disappointed with my experience while trying to make a reservation for my parents’ anniversary at Kaner Bagh.I called to reserve a table for 8:30 PM and was surprised by the rude and dismissive behavior of the staff member. Despite clearly explaining that we intended to arrive at 8:30 PM for dinner, I was repeatedly told that if we did not arrive before 8:00 PM, our reservation would not be honored. When I tried to explain that dinner plans were specifically for 8:30 PM, the response was unprofessional and dismissive. Even he said log toh 6 bje bhi dinner kar lete hai !!!!I also asked about basic facilities and arrangements, but instead of receiving helpful information, I was met with sarcastic and indifferent replies. The overall attitude felt disrespectful and completely lacking in hospitality. What disappointed me the most was that when I finally said I would choose another venue, the response was essentially, ’Go wherever you want.’ This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially from a hospitality establishment that should value its guests.A beautiful property can never compensate for rude reception staff and poor customer handling. Management should seriously consider training their front-desk team in professionalism, courtesy, and basic customer service. Based on this interaction alone, I would not feel comfortable recommending this place to others.

I stayed at Hotel Kaner Bagh during my Udaipur trip, and the experience was truly pleasant. The hotel is aesthetically beautiful with a peaceful vibe. Location-wise, it is conveniently close to the city and near Shilpgram & Saheliyon ki Bari, which made commuting easy. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were polite, friendly, and supportive throughout our stay. We opted for a room with breakfast included - the breakfast spread was good. Also, eating there is very expensive. Rooms are cheap, lunch and dinner should no to be expensive. Please keep the Zomato facility so that if you don't want to eat at the hotel, you can order from outside.over all gpod experince for udaipur trip Thankyou ’?

When you book a queen room and they say a king bed, they joined single beds to make it king and it's difficult for a couple to sleep on two adjoining mattresses. Then construction work was going on in the next building. Noise was too irritating. The room that was shown in the this platform images, was not same. Window view was not there. Not enough sunlight. Also, in the morning, there was no hot water for shower. When called reception, they said we are sending a bucket of hot water but we didn't receive it even after follow up. So overall experience was too disgusting. We didn't like it. We checked out early as we didn't like the stay at all. Also, we got stale french fries when ordered for in room dining. So the experience was too bad.
