I stayed at Hotel Gyangarh in Udaipur. The location is very good, near many local places. The price was affordable and fit my budget. The staff was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

This was the worst hotel experience of my life. Not a single thing in room was working. The bedsheet were stained, geyser not working, washbasin leaking, no dustbin provided, coffee pouches and kettle dusty. Late check in. 24 Dec 2025. The rooftop ambience and rooftop staff was the best thing about this hotel. That was good. My stay was three days and I literally did everything so that they change my room. But they didn’t. Nothing was working. They corrected everything on last day destroying my whole trip. Everytime they said, it is budget hotel but they were taking 3500 per day. That is not budget hotel. Nothing was provided. No view room . Everything stinks. Worst hotel

The location and rooms were good. But worst experience about breakfast and owner is not even sensitive abt the matter. 1st of all they offers a price with & without breakfast and on confirming breakfast timing they confidently says it to 8 to 10. . . They charged Rs.1000 extra for breakfast of 2 days for 2 adults and 1 chuld, but worst part was on 1st day of stay breakfast was not even ready till 9.15 and on our complaint they made seperate arrangement and excused that chef is on leave and due to this delay was happened. So we ignored that it's ok. . . On 2nd day they had called us in advance that breakfast will be late and will be served till 8.30 to 8.45, but at our surprise the restaurant was getting cleaned for previos days meal and mess at 9am and on inquiry they had not even prepared or started for breakfast which was very annoying as we had already planned and cant wait further. So we asked for refund for that day. So reception staff requested to talk to owner and that man bluntly denied for refund and told that breakfast is being served by 3rd party and they are not responsible. Then how they offers a price with breakfast? It should be informed before booking. Ultimately we were getting late so skipped dinner and lost 500. . . So if you are booking here then avoid breakfast. No one responds or cares. . .
