Poor Management, Wifi don’t work - after repeated call they didnt sort out the problem .. Price is too high for room and restaurant. Overall didnt liked the stay .

The people who are on duty at the reception of this hotel do not have any manners to talk to the guests, they talk with their own attitude and the kitchen in people's house is bigger than the room in this hotel, the room is much smaller than required and the reception staff talks in a very bad manner, if you are the owner of this hotel and are seeing my review then please get the hotel improved.@miss sneha@miss amreen

I’ve been calling this hotel’s number continuously since 1:50 hours, and not a single person has bothered to answer. We have booked with Treebo multiple times before and never faced such an embarrassing experience, but this particular hotel has completely failed at even basic hospitality. It honestly feels like the staff here doesn’t care whether the guests are hungry, tired, or in need of assistance.At this point, it’s the middle of the night and we have nowhere to go for dinner because the hotel staff is either sleeping on duty or simply too irresponsible to do their job. The level of negligence is shocking. How can a hotel operate when the staff can’t even pick up a phone call at such an important hour?This hotel has literally left us starving. Absolutely pathetic service, zero professionalism, and the most careless staff we have ever come across. Truly disappointing and not expected from a chain associated with Treebo.

They don't have minimum sense how to behave with guest. One lady was in reception , she don't have minimum gesture to welcome.

Delicious food and excellent staff behaviour especially Ambreen who was very polite and attentive. Super clean and hygiene rooms with beautiful environment most recommended.
