I had booked this place from Bag2Bag for 5 hours to freshen up. When I reached with a senior citizen, the manager was like - "Oh you're here? We had no bookings." I said I booked from Bag2Bag and my check-in was at 5 am. He said I informed them that the room isn't available and cancelled your booking. But I can give you a room now in 10 mins for 1 hour, but it will cost you the same price you paid for the 5 hour booking. I said I won't overpay, then he got angry. When I asked if I could use a washroom as we had reached by train, he said no you cannot. Shameless and unprofessional manager.

Room was super clean, hygenic with all the amenities, although small in size but still manageable and comfortable.Staff was very good and polite. Location is very calm and soothing. Recommend to book.Very good hotel

I feel very good in these days spending time in Hotel Comfotel. The services provided by the hotel was excellent. The boy, Mr. Debnath is very good in behaviour and all the staffs also including the uncle siting in entrance of the hotel, all they are very good.Thanks and I hope if I will again come in Kolkata then surely I will visit hotel Comfotel.RegardsPapan Biswas
