We had a wonderful one-day stay at Howard Johnson Kolkata. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our experience comfortable and hassle-free.A special thanks to the front desk team for accommodating our early check-in request at 7:00 AM, which was greatly appreciated after our journey. Even after checkout, the staff kindly allowed us to store our luggage for an additional six hours, making it much easier for us to explore the city without any inconvenience.The hospitality, professionalism, and customer-focused attitude of the entire team truly stood out. We are grateful for their support and excellent service. We would happily recommend Howard Johnson Kolkata to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with outstanding hospitality.

Location for me because of mobility issues was not the best. Very helpful and friendly staff. Always greeted me with a smile and bottle of water. Room was fabulous, even though close to the airport the noise really didn't bother me, good soundproofing I suspect. Very comfortable bed and delightful A/C which one needed as it's very very hot. Thank you so very much.

The best part was the peaceful environment ’ a nice place with no crowds, which made the stay even more enjoyable after continuous travel.Another major advantage was the location near the airport, which perfectly suited our requirement on the last day of the trip and made travel very convenient and stress-free.The hospitality and overall service were very good, and the property was well maintained. A perfect place to unwind before heading back home.Highly recommended for families and travelers looking for a calm, comfortable, and conveniently located stay in Kolkata.

This was my worst experience I ever had. I travelled with my son from Malaysia and requested for twin bed in advance, disappointed upon arrival, managed to get twin bed room next day but again disappointed. Entering to hotel lane is pathetic, wash rooms are too small and smelly. TV was not working. Can't have proper view from window. Food quality is good. Not suitable for family. Headrest of bed is rugged. Overall bad experience.

Had a comfortable and pleasant stay at Howard Johnson by Wyndham. The room was clean, cozy, and well maintained. The staff was polite and helpful throughout my stay.Special thanks to the housekeeping staff, Mampi ’ she is very sweet, kind, and always helpful. Her warm attitude really made the stay better.Overall, a nice experience. Would recommend this hotel.
