I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. Right from the moment I arrived, things started off badly. The receptionist was incredibly rude and dismissive. Instead of welcoming guests, they seemed irritated that I was even there. Asking simple questions felt like I was bothering them.The problems didn’t stop there. The room was poorly maintained and didn’t look properly cleaned. The bedsheets didn’t feel fresh, the bathroom had a strange smell, and basic amenities were either missing or not working properly.The service overall was terrible. Whenever I called the front desk for assistance, it either took forever for someone to respond or nothing happened at all. It honestly felt like the staff didn’t care about guests having a comfortable stay.For the price being charged, the experience was completely unacceptable. I would definitely not recommend staying here unless major improvements are made in both staff behavior and maintenance. A hotel stay should be relaxing, but this one was just frustrating from start to finish.

Bed bug.First of all, the staff at the time I checked-in was very helpful.However, at 2 am., I spot 2 big bed bugs in the middle of the night and noticed a bug mess bed bug track at the rim of mattress. I told the guy at the reception and they moved us to another room. We asked to inspect the bed first and 2 boys were moving around, didn't seem willing to help, and used their feet pushing the bed back to the corner.We moved to the new room... 5 minutes later, found the bed bug climbed out from the pillw case. I took the pillow case to the reception and show them the second room also have a bed bug as well... They changed me a new pillow and said "Now, is it ok?"I was very upset with the way the didn't take bed bug seriously. Plus the rude way they dping stuff right in front of me as a customer was not professional at all.I started to complain the way they took response. So they called the manager who asked me "what do I want?" I said I wanted a new clean room, if they even have one.And yes, we got moved to the third room with pre inspected by my friend and the same 2 boys who followed us around but didn't help anything. It's already 3am, we couldn't sleep at all since the pillows in the new room were gross and it right next to the first room with bed bug family.I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here regarding the BED BUG and the way they didn't take it seriously it's a proof that they don't care to fix this issue. Plus the unprofessional way to hospitalize their customers was very disappointing.Make your own decisions.

Neat and spacious rooms. Excellent service. 24hrs hot water available. Clean linen. Very courteous and helpful staff. Keep up the excellent service.

I had an appalling experience at Hotel Vinayak due to the unprofessionalism of the staff. The receptionist, Mr. Ramesh, issued me a room access card that was not enabled. When I politely asked why the card hadn't been checked before being handed over, he immediately became defensive and started shouting.’When I questioned his rude behavior, his response was: "This is only possible here, do whatever you want to do." It is clear that customer service is not a priority here. To be treated with such blatant disrespect by front-desk staff is unacceptable. I would strongly advise travelers to avoid this establishment until they address their staff's conduct.
