Veronica Hotel

One of the best food experiences I’ve had at this hotel! The chef, Mr. Pankaj Singh, truly has magic in his hands. Every dish he prepared was absolutely delicious. A special mention to the Hara Bhara Kebab ’ it was simply the best starter I’ve ever had!

’ Food: ’The food quality is good with decent variety, though service time can be improved.’’ Room Service: ’Room service is prompt and staff are courteous, ensuring a comfortable stay.’’ Location: ’The hotel is centrally located in Vadodara, making it convenient for both business and leisure travelers.

During my recent stay in India, I stayed at seven different hotels. All of them accommodated guest visits, and some even provided extra beds and complimentary dinners as part of their hospitality.In contrast, Veronica charged separately for an extra bed and breakfast. I fully respected and accepted their policy and paid all additional charges promptly, including for three nights of stay. However, despite these payments and prior requests, the expected services were not delivered.Additionally, even for minor requests such as a late checkout of just a couple of hoursI had to repeatedly follow up and persuade the staff for accommodation.Overall, this experience suggested that the hotel prioritizes rigid adherence to its policies over guest comfort and service expectations.

I have stayed at Hotel Veronica multiple times for business purposes. Overall, it is a good hotel for business travelers. The rooms are comfortable, well-maintained, and cleanliness is consistently good. The staff is polite, cooperative, and supportive, which makes the stay smooth every time.The only concern is related to the dinner arrangement. Earlier, the hotel used to offer a buffet dinner, which was much better. Now they have shifted to an ?? la carte, per-person menu system with Silver, Golden, and Diamond categories. Although the menu mentions a choice of starters, in reality the starter is served as per the chef’s decision. For example, even if options like Hara Bhara Kebab, Manchurian, or Crispy are listed, guests are not allowed to choose, and a different item may be served.Apart from this food policy issue, the hotel remains a reliable and comfortable option for business stays. I hope the management considers improving flexibility in the food selection.

Restrooms could use a little more attention, but overall very comfortable.One moment I will never forget ’ on my first day, during dinner, I couldn’t eat much since I had a heavy lunch. One person noticed and personally asked, ’Sir, you didn’t eat much, is there any issue? Shall I arrange dinner to your room’? That level of care and attention really touched me.Overall, my 2-day stay was wonderful. Highly recommended. Keep going team! ’?
