Wyt Hotels - Rameswaram

My stay at WYT Hotel in Rameshwaram was extremely disappointing and definitely not worth the money. The room was in very poor condition, with yellowish bedsheets and dirty, unhygienic towels. The overall cleanliness was far below acceptable standards.The service was extremely poor, and the staff were not helpful or professional. The food quality was pathetic and certainly not worth what we paid.What made the experience worse was the overall appearance and atmosphere of the hotel. It felt shady and unsafe, which made us uncomfortable throughout our stay.For the price charged, I expected a much better standard of cleanliness, service, food, and safety. I would not recommend this hotel and would definitely not stay here again.

We booked the room for a one-night stay from Saturday to Sunday. Although the standard check-in time was 2:00 PM, we actually reached the hotel and checked in only at around 10:30 PM.What was extremely disappointing was that the management insisted that we vacate the room by 12:00 PM the very next day, without considering the fact that we had only checked in at 10:30 PM. There was absolutely no flexibility or basic consideration from the hotel management.We understand that hotels have fixed check-in and check-out policies. However, the way the manager handled the situation felt very profit-oriented and completely lacking in hospitality or customer consideration. Even after explaining our situation, there was no willingness to accommodate us or provide any reasonable solution.For a one-night stay, we expected basic hospitality and a better customer experience. Unfortunately, the management’s attitude was very disappointing.I would strongly recommend that the management focus not only on maximizing room revenue but also on treating guests with basic courtesy and understanding.Basic hospitality means understanding the guest’s situation and communicating respectfully. Unfortunately, we did not experience that here. Very disappointing experience and definitely not what we expected from a hotel.
