Overall stay was excellent,Room were hygienic, and comforting. Interior of room was so good to relax after long travel. Kalyaniji really exhibited professionalism and served us with smile. She is the face of the resort.. thankyou for your humble hospitality..

Feedback from the Team:1. Delay in Check-in & Room IssuesThe check-in time was confirmed as 12:30 PM, however the check-in process was not completed until 1:30 PM.Post check-in, one of the rooms did not have electricity for approximately 30 minutes, causing major inconvenience.2. Food & Menu MismanagementThe menu shared with you over email was not followed by the restaurant staff. Instead, they served items as per their own arrangement without any prior intimation.Mr. Saibal assured that compensation would be arranged in the evening, however the quality was not satisfactory:The sweets served were overly sweet and were not consumed by many employees.3. Poor Banquet Hall CoordinationAt around 8:00 PM, we handed over the banquet hall and requested the starter rotation to begin by 9:00 PM.However, the starters were not served until 9:30 PM, causing significant disruption to our event schedule.Also, the starters were committed to be serving for??90 minutes, but they were served only for??60 minutes. Due to delay in the start.Also with alcohol there was no side dish provided despite requesting multiple times. As this was also communicated with youThere were no senior staff available to manage or take accountability. Despite repeated calls, no one responded, and we were forced to manage the entire situation myself. This level of negligence is completely unacceptable.4. Triple Room Arrangement Not ProvidedWe had clearly requested triple-sharing rooms, however mattresses were not provided in any of the triple rooms.Despite informing the reception and also escalating the issue to Mr. Saibal, no corrective action was taken and then everyone had to call and ask for mattresses.Additionally, rooms did not have the required basic amenities:3 towels were not providedHand towels were missing5. Lack of Support & Unavailability of Concerned PersonnelDuring a call, we specifically requested that one person should be available for constant coordination throughout the event. Mr. Saibal and Ms. Kalyani agreed to this arrangement. However, when support was required, neither of them were available, and again I had to handle everything alone.Furthermore, during checkout, we repeatedly tried contacting Mr. Saibal, but he did not respond to our calls and was not available at the resort.6. Impact on Management & Event ExperienceOur senior management and employees were extremely unhappy with the service quality and the unprofessional handling of multiple issues. Despite complete communication and coordination from my side prior to the annual day, the execution by the resort team was highly disappointing.

Excellent stay! The hotel is very clean, rooms are spacious, and the staff Mr navjyot mayappa sonam yatish is very polite and helpful. Food quality is great and the location is perfect. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay at the resort fir 2 days in December 2025. The location, rooms, food, service and the entire team at the Resort provided us an unforgettable amazing experience.
