Rooms are very small without any proper cleaning of bedsheets. Staff is kind and supportive but their manager is so rude, he don’t know how to talk with the customer.This hotel has many restriction like they won’t allow to order outside food. They will ask for extra charges for everything.Note: If you are booking this hotel, please discuss everything with the manager, because their manager’s rule is different then other receptionist.

Good place to stay near Rani Kamlapati Railway Station and is very near to the station. Rooms are spacious and well maintained along with washrooms which are also clean and hygienic. The in-house restaurant offers a variety of food and you can also get a complimentary breakfast with your stay. The TV and wifi facility is present and is working perfectly.

While the hotel is definitely good, it's also too pricey. If you find room here under the 1400 range, you're good. But above that is a stretch.Clean rooms but not that spacious. If there are 3 adults in 1 room, it can get quite congested. For two, it's ok but still, minor space issues.Service is good, and everyone was very polite. However, the sheets were a bit dirty and we had them changed.It's all veg food and it's not even that good. I'd suggest eating out.Lastly, one issue we faced was that the charging ports weren't proper. You need thin adapters to make it work. If you don't, then bye bye phone charging.
