0 star RatingDisgraceful Experience ’ Avoid This Resort!Our 2-day family stay at Amara Resort Jodhpur was an absolute nightmare. This is not a resort; it is a poorly managed facility that lacks basic hygiene and respect for guests.1. Management & Reception (Non-existent Service):The service is shockingly bad. I had to call the reception 5 times before anyone even bothered to pick up the phone. When they finally answered, we were kept waiting for over 30 minutes for simple requests. They have zero sense of urgency or hospitality.2. Hygiene & Pests (Spiders and Ants):The room was crawling with insects. We found spiders and ants in the living area and near the beds. It felt completely unsanitary for a family environment. It is clear that pest control and deep cleaning are not a priority here.3. Unclean Laundry & Torn Bedding:The linens were a disgrace. We were given torn (broken) bed sheets and the laundry was visibly stained and smelled "unwashed." For the price they charge, providing clean, intact sheets is the bare minimum, and they failed even at that.4. LIFE SAFETY RISK (Open Electricity Sockets):The most alarming part of our stay was the open electricity sockets in the room. This is a massive safety hazard, especially for families with children. It is pure negligence on the part of the management to ignore such a basic safety requirement.4. Disgusting Breakfast:Breakfast was a terrible experience. The food quality was poor, but the lack of hygiene was worse. The tables were left dirty/unclear, and the entire dining area felt unhygienic. Eating here felt like a health risk.The lack of maintenance and the indifferent attitude of the staff ruined our trip. If you are traveling with family, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. Amara Resort is a waste of money and a health hazard.This "resort" is poorly maintained, unsanitary, and’most importantly’unsafe due to the exposed wiring. Do not waste your money or risk your family's safety here. We will never return.

Horrible experience, the staff is not professional and don't listen.Rooms are ok but the upkeep is poor,you ask for towel they say it's not available. You have to ask for sleepers,toilet roll etc.If you ask tea from room service, they bring it but you have to clear the bill immediately, if you tell them put it in final bill they don't you have to pay immediately.

It was kind of good and no problem with sleep , but breakfast and dinner was not so good 3/5 , swimming pool is good , well maintained restaurant, good atmosphere

Very nice place to stay with family, nice ambience, spacious and clean rooms.. ample parking space, kids friendly, excellent food with very helpful and supportive staff... This hotel made our entire stay in Rajasthan Jodhpur a memorable one.. must visit place

Do not visit bad serviceThere were no amenities to redeem this hotel. The hotel boasts of a range of services, but they were non-existent during my stay. There was no room service, and when I reached out to the front desk for assistance, I was met with unhelpful and dismissive responses.The service was by far the worst part of my stay. The reception team was rude and unaccommodating, and it felt like they were disinterested in helping guests. I asked for a few things during my stay, including simple requests like extra towels, but they were either ignored or met with an unhelpful response. There was absolutely no room service, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber.While the location is decent, with the nature, it wasn’t enough to make up for the poor quality of the hotel itself.
