We booked rooms through Booking.com, and our reservation was confirmed. However, when we arrived at the hotel at night, the staff refused to provide the rooms we had booked. We are traveling with families and children, which made the situation even more difficult. The person at the reception admitted that rooms were available but demanded almost double the price because it was nighttime. This is completely unfair, unethical, and unacceptable behavior. We faced unnecessary stress and inconvenience despite having a confirmed booking. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.This is nothing but exploiting customers during the night. A confirmed booking should be honored, not used as an opportunity to demand extra money. Very disappointing experience.
