Poor Management Experience

Extremely disappointing experience. The hotel cancelled our booking at the last moment, just before our arrival, leaving us stranded and with no proper alternatives. This shows a complete lack of professionalism and responsibility towards guests. Such last-minute cancellations are unacceptable and reflect very poor management. Definitely the worst experience I’ve had with any hotel – would not recommend to anyone.
