Usually, I don’t face many issues with my stays, but unfortunately, this experience was not good at all.For me, the washroom is a very important part of any stay, and unfortunately, it was not maintained properly. The washroom was wet, there was no toilet paper—which is a very basic amenity—and the water flow was also extremely slow.What was more disappointing was that this happened despite me calling and confirming my arrival time two hours in advance. I expected the room to be properly prepared before my check-in.There was also a communication gap during the stay, which added to the inconvenience. Overall, I did not have a good experience and would expect better attention to basic cleanliness, amenities, and communication.
Room is good with clean facilities but at night there is no one there, we were 2 ladies n no other customers n n no staff to take care of in case of any emergency nor they picked the calls.
